# PDF invoices to SnelStart via UBL

SnelUBL converts PDF, DOCX and image invoices to validated UBL 2.1 or UBL 2.3 XML and can export the result directly to SnelStart. You review and correct the recognized data before export, for an individual invoice or as part of an automated workflow.

## From source invoice to SnelStart in three steps

### 1. Submit the invoice

Upload a PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPEG, HEIF/HEIC or WebP file in Quick Mode, or let a workflow collect files from an inbox or cloud folder.

### 2. Review the conversion

SnelUBL recognizes data including the supplier, customer, invoice number, date, lines, totals, currency and VAT. Review the result and correct data where needed before exporting it.

### 3. Export directly to SnelStart

Send the reviewed invoice straight from SnelUBL to SnelStart. This is currently the only accounting integration for which SnelUBL offers direct export.

## Automate with an inbox or cloud folder

For recurring invoice flows, create a workflow with its own inbox. SnelUBL detects invoice attachments automatically and can also process files from Dropbox, OneDrive/SharePoint or Google Drive. Status emails keep you informed; API access is available for custom automation.
