From source invoice to Twinfield in three steps
1. Submit the invoice
Upload a PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPEG, HEIF/HEIC or WebP file in Quick Mode, or let a workflow process recurring files.
2. Review the conversion
Review the supplier, customer, invoice number, lines, totals, currency and VAT. Correct the recognized data before exporting the UBL.
3. Download and import the UBL
Download the validated UBL file and follow Twinfield's current UBL import instructions. SnelUBL does not claim a direct export integration for Twinfield.
Automate with an inbox or cloud folder
Use a dedicated inbox for each workflow or collect files from Dropbox, OneDrive/SharePoint or Google Drive. SnelUBL detects invoice attachments automatically, sends status emails and provides API access for custom automation.
