SnelUBL converts PDF, DOCX and image invoices to validated UBL 2.1 or UBL 2.3 XML for use with Yuki. You review the data, download the UBL file and import it by following Yuki's current UBL instructions.
From source invoice to Yuki in three steps
1. Submit the invoice
Upload a PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPEG, HEIF/HEIC or WebP file, including a scan or photo, or use a workflow for recurring delivery.
2. Review the conversion
Review the recognized supplier, customer, invoice lines, totals, currency and VAT. Correct data where needed before export.
3. Download and import the UBL
Download the validated UBL file and follow Yuki's current UBL import instructions. SnelUBL does not claim a direct export integration for Yuki.
Automate with an inbox or cloud folder
Use a dedicated inbox for each workflow or collect files from Dropbox, OneDrive/SharePoint or Google Drive. SnelUBL processes invoice attachments automatically, sends status emails and provides API access.

No. SnelUBL creates a UBL file that you import by following Yuki's current instructions.
Can SnelUBL process scans and photos?
Yes. SnelUBL accepts PNG, JPEG, HEIF/HEIC and WebP alongside PDF and DOCX, so you can convert these source files to UBL first.
Can I automate recurring invoices?
Yes. Workflows support a dedicated inbox, cloud folders and automatic invoice attachment detection.
Can I review amounts and VAT first?
Yes. You can review and correct recognized data before downloading the validated UBL.
How much does a Yuki conversion cost?
Your first 3 conversions are free. After that, each conversion costs €0.35, with no subscription or minimum.
